Anne reckons One Direction star Harry, 18, will be keen to settle down and have kids when he's a bit older.
'I'd love Harry to have a family one day, and he'd love one, too,' says Anne, 44.
'He'd make a fantastic dad.'
Anne admits that she doesn't think Harry will have his first baby for quite a few years because he isn't ready to commit to a girl yet.
The singer, who flew out to LA alone on Tuesday, is currently rumoured to be dating 18-year-old American model Emma Ostilly.
But he's also said to have his eye on 5 other women.
'At the moment he doesn't want to tie himself down,' says Anne.
'He had one or two girlfriends when he was younger, but no one very special.'
