CHINA: UNIV. PROFESSOR GETS STUDENTS TO WALK OVER HIM AS HE LAY ON THE FLOOR TO FREE THEIR MINDS

Associate Professor at the Wuhan University of Technology, Zhang Nengli has encouraged 100 students to walk over him as he lay on the floor according to Wuhan Evening News.
This exercise is expected to help students overcome the fear of refuting authority which is rooted in Chinese culture.
Zhang hopes his students are ones who can be bold enough to throw eggs at a President Obama if he does something wrong.
Wisemen do stress the need to say no to authority but obedience to authority is embedded in Chinese culture.
Zhang's students really liked the exercise with one saying he is proud of having such a creative and independent teacher.
