Cute Penguin

It's only 4 weeks till Christmas which means lots and lots of winter and Christmas nail designs :) So here is my first Holiday nail design, a cute Penguin with a winter scarf, ready for the festive season. This is all done free-hand by me. The base black holographic polish that I used here is Ever After's Blue Steel. You can see it's swatch HERE. Are you ready for this Holiday season?
