Last 2016 Favorites are about which were my most read posts and which posts I enjoyed making the most. Let's start with the posts that were most read in 2016. Obviously most read are reviews, because most readers go on blogs to find helpful reviews.
I have so much respect for anyone that puts effort into their blog posts. I may not be the one sharing my opinions a lot, but I have to say that I love to read blogs with valuable content. By that I mean that I as a reader have some value from their posts. I love informative blog posts when it comes to reviews and I always look for swatches. Because of that, I also love to write my posts in this exact way. In this first section I wanted to point out reviews that I had the most fun making and that were the most time consuming as well. I feel proud of these posts,
In the previous year I've also stepped out of my comfort zone and created two more creative makeup looks. I tend to do very wearable looks, because I mostly wear those. But creating something for hours and being satisfied with the result is one of the best feelings ever. Here are a few of my favorite makeup looks.
I also wanted to share six of my favorite posts in nails, DIY and other category. My manicures are rare, because I feel like I want to post manicures that I would categorize in nail art. By that I meant that you actually need to draw or glue something on. I don't share my everyday manicures here. I also included my DIY chokers and some other posts that I had fun making.
Tatjana and I organized blogger event for beauty bloggers from Pomurje - Pomurje Bloggers Event. It was in interesting event to organize and it made me that more appreciative of all those who tend to do this on daily basis. It was fun to meet beauty bloggers from the same part of country, since our part usually gets neglected with organizing beauty events.
I also went to my first beauty blogger event in Maribor - SummerMBeauty Blogger Event and I met even more beauty bloggers. It was my first bigger blogger event and I had fun. Hopefully, this year I'll also get to attend some.
In the previous year I also did collaboration with Sabina. We did Pamper Guide. I loved making something skin care oriented, because usually I mostly write about beauty products. I also collaborated with Tatjana and we both did Spring Fairy Makeup. It was one of the more creative looks. With Polona we collaborated on a post Pink Spring where we talked about our favorite pink spring products. As much as I always said I don't like pink, I sure do have a lot of pink products.
I would also love to talk about Slovenian beauty bloggers that I loved reading the most in previous year. Here are some suggestions on who to follow if you're looking for reviews of the latest high end as well as drugstore products. There are also some very inspirational posts of nail art and other seasonal picks.
I would also like to thank all of you who visit my blog and enjoy my posts. I've become more invested in my blog in the previous year and I absolutely love creating content for it. The love for makeup has just become bigger and I love sharing my experiences with all of you. Thank you for every like and comment. It really means a lot to me and makes my day. I hope my blog brings you some joy or maybe even inspiration.
